This Biltong savouries recipe is another tasty snack to add to a picnic basket to enjoy on a sunny UK summers day or to add to the table at a social gathering.

 

The ingredients required for biltong savouries are: 250g smooth cream cheese, 15ml lemon juice, 15ml grated onion, 30ml chopped parsley, 125ml shredded biltong.

 

These savouries are made by combining all ingredients except biltong. Shape into balls. Roll in the biltong and serve on a tooth pick.
